Is it permissible for a woman to take off the Esdal (a loose, full-length garment) and wear skirt and blouse sets (Tayyerat) at events attended by men, or when shopping?

If the necessary conditions for women's clothing—mentioned in Fatwa no. 33125—are met, then it is the legitimate Islamic dress, whether it is an izdal (a loose, enveloping garment) or something else. A 'tailleur' (suit) is not considered legitimate unless it is loose and does not reveal the body's details, and this is coupled with covering the face and hands. This is highly unlikely, as a 'tailleur' is often tight and reveals the body's contours, in which case it becomes impermissible. It is absolutely forbidden to remove the legitimate hijab in front of non-mahram men, especially at events where there is much intermingling, and the husband must prevent his wife from doing so.
