What is the religious ruling on the Barhatiyah and Jajjalutiyah names, and are they names of Allah in another language, such as Hebrew and Syriac, like "Barhatiyah," which is said to mean "Subbuh Quddus" (Glorified, Holy)?

The names of Allah are definitive (Tawqifi), so He cannot be named or described except by what He has named Himself, or what His Messenger has named Him. It is not permissible for a Muslim to worship Allah using names whose authenticity is unknown, especially those mentioned in Hebrew and Syriac languages. What is in the possession of the People of the Book cannot be trusted, and we have been forbidden from believing them. Caution must be exercised regarding what some Sufis do, using strange names whose meanings are unknown, as they might be names of devils. The duty is to restrict oneself to the Beautiful Names of Allah mentioned in the Qur'an and Sunnah, in accordance with His saying, the Most High: (And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them. And leave those who deviate in [the matter of] His names). The Prophet (peace be upon him) and his Companions used to invoke Allah by His established and known names. Whatever was not considered part of the religion then will not be considered part of the religion today.
