I have a rabbit farm; how do I pay the legitimate Zakat on it?

If rabbits are not for sale, then Zakat is not obligatory on them. However, if they are for sale, then Zakat is obligatory on their value along with their offspring at the end of each year (hawl). One-quarter of one-tenth (2.5%) of the value is to be given as Zakat. The value is calculated at wholesale price and added to other Zakat-eligible funds. If the total reaches the Nisab, the hawl is calculated from the time the Nisab was acquired, and Zakat is paid at the end of each lunar hawl.
