Am I to bear the burden of people watching TV series that I informed them about their broadcast times, knowing that they always watch them?

If the aforementioned series contain unlawful elements, then it is impermissible to recommend them, as this constitutes recommending the unlawful. This is in accordance with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "And whoever calls to misguidance will have sin upon him like the sins of those who follow him, without that diminishing anything from their sins." The one who commits this must engage in sincere repentance.
