What is the ruling on a few drops of urine coming out after urinating twice a day, and sometimes when sitting in transportation, and is it obligatory to perform ghusl for every prayer and to place a tissue, and is it permissible to go for Friday prayer half an hour before its time?

If the discharge of drops is not due to waswasah (whispers of Satan), and you find sufficient time to perform the prayer with proper purification, then you must wait until the drops cease, then perform wudu' and pray. Place a tissue on the affected area to prevent the spread of impurity.

If urine drops fall on the garment, it is necessary to wash the affected area and purify the garment, then wash the private parts, then perform wudu'. A full ritual bath (ghusl) is not required.

If anything is discharged from you before the Friday prayer, it is obligatory to remove it and perform wudu'.
