What is the explanation of the hadith: "When you hear the Iqamah, walk to the prayer, and you must maintain calmness and dignity, and do not rush. So, what you catch, pray it, and what you miss, complete it"?

This Hadith, narrated by Bukhari in the chapter "Do not rush to prayer, but come with tranquility and dignity," elucidates some of the manners of walking to prayer. The wisdom behind coming with tranquility and the prohibition against rushing is that the one going to prayer should observe its manners and be in the most perfect state. From this Hadith, the majority of scholars have inferred that what the latecomer (masbuq) catches up with the Imam is considered the beginning of his prayer.
