Are there books that discuss intellectual property rights in Islam?

Islamic Sharia has given great importance to private ownership and has established rules sufficient to protect it and prevent aggression against it. Evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah indicates its legitimacy, including the Almighty's saying: (For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much - an obligatory share), and the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Every Muslim's blood, property, and honor are sacred to another Muslim." Sharia has set regulations to preserve the rights of owners, such as prohibiting theft and usurpation, punishing the thief with amputation, and the usurper with discretionary punishment, and considering highwaymen as belligerents. All of this indicates Islam's complete protection of private ownership and its prohibition of aggression against it.
