What is the ruling on the prayer of one who prayed the 'Isha prayer in congregation after its time had expired, and in it there was: movement among the worshippers, a woman passing in front of the Imam, and forgetting the rukn (pillar) of bowing and performing it after the Tasleem, with doubt about reciting Al-Fatiha in the supererogatory rak'ah?

Firstly: A slight deviation from the Qibla does not invalidate the prayer. It is stated in the Hadith: "What is between the East and the West is a Qibla."

Secondly: The passing of a woman does not invalidate the prayer, according to the more preponderant opinion. Doubt about her passing does not invalidate the prayer.

Thirdly: Performing a complete unit (rak'ah) after the salām is the correct action for someone who omitted a pillar and realized it after the salām. Doubt about not reciting Al-Fatiha after the salām does not affect the validity of the prayer, especially for someone prone to obsessive thoughts (waswās).

Fourthly: The conversation of the congregation with you and your conversation with them after the salām does not invalidate the prayer if you were unaware of the ruling, or if the conversation was brief and for the benefit of the prayer.
