If someone says to me, "May God not forgive you," and I have not wronged him, will I be held accountable for that on the Day of Judgment? Or will God not answer his supplication? And what if I had wronged another person in front of him?
If you did not wrong this person, then the one who said, "Allah will not forgive you," intended to inform that Allah will not forgive you. This is forbidden, according to the : "Who is he that swears by Me that I will not forgive so-and-so? I have forgiven so-and-so, and I have annulled your good deeds." And if he intended to supplicate against you that Allah not forgive you, then he should not do so, as it is forbidden to supplicate against Muslims without just cause. And do not fear the acceptance of his supplication against you without just cause, for Allah says: "Allah does not like the public mention of evil speech except by one who has been wronged. And ever is Allah Hearing and Knowing" (An-Nisa:148).
