What is the authenticity of Sheikh Al-Moghamisi's fatwa permitting light music in news and programs due to it not arousing desires?

The music in news programs, general programs, and military music is forbidden, with no exceptions. Sheikh Ibn Baz clarified that music is among the prohibited instruments of entertainment, and it is not permissible to learn or use it, even if it is found on radio and television. As for Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, he permitted listening to the news itself, but if it is accompanied by music, then it becomes forbidden; because when the forbidden mixes with the permissible in a way that there is no distinction between them, avoidance becomes obligatory. The argument that music does not incite desires is an invalid contention, because the texts came with the absolute prohibition of music.
