Is the name "Al-Rasheed" among the Beautiful Names of Allah, and does what is mentioned in Al-Shawkani's book "Tuhfat Al-Dhakireen" contradict that?

"Al-Rasheed" is not one of the names of Allah Almighty, because it has not been mentioned in the Quran or in authentic Sunnah. The names of Allah are tawqifiyyah (restrictive), so He is only to be called by what He has named Himself or what His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, has named Him.
