It is obligatory to execute the father's will to وقف (endow) the apartment mentioned, because the will takes precedence over the division of the inheritance. If it is not possible to reclaim the sold apartment, then an alternative apartment must be purchased, whose income is 8500 Riyals, to be spent on the designated beneficiaries of the endowment. If the father did not specify the beneficiaries, it should be given to the poor and needy, especially relatives.
