Is it permissible to circumvent the law to reclaim a portion of a right lost due to the Egyptian compulsory bequest law, even though there is a sealed fatwa from Azhari scholars prohibiting the violation of this law by Islamic شرعًا (Sharia)?

We have previously explained the undesirability of the compulsory bequest (al-wasiyya al-wajiba), and that no one has ever advocated for the law in its current form. Since the law has caused the questioner to lose her right, it is permissible to resort to stratagem to reclaim it, provided that the harm caused by the stratagem does not exceed the harm caused by the loss of the right. This is why Allah sanctioned the stratagem of Yusuf (peace be upon him) to reclaim his brother, as stated by Al-Suyuti and Al-Jassas.
