"Leaving the mosque after the without praying is not permissible except for an excuse. Among the excuses are relieving oneself and performing ablution. If it is for an excuse, then there is no blame. However, if one leaves out of complete disdain for prayer, then he is a hypocrite. The of Abu Hurayrah indicates the prohibition of leaving the mosque after hearing the Adhan until one prays."
