Is it permissible to pay bribes to oppressive officials from usurious gains acquired out of necessity to protect one's trade and lawful wealth?

However, it is not permissible to place it in a savings account if it is possible to place it in a current account. The resulting usurious interests are not owned by the owner of the money, and he is not permitted to benefit from them. Rather, they must be given to the poor or to charitable projects. It is not permissible to use them for a benefit that redounds to him, such as fines or taxes.
