Is it permissible for a woman to recite the Quran aloud to men?

It is disliked for a woman to recite the Qur’an if non-mahram men can hear her, and it is forbidden for anyone who finds pleasure in her voice to listen, even to a recorded tape, because it is a cause for arousal and an invitation to the forbidden. If a woman knows this, it is forbidden for her to continue, as she would be aiding in what is forbidden. As for her singing for non-mahram men, it is absolutely forbidden.
