In Egypt, is a deferred dowry, which is in reality a penalty clause, treated as a legitimate deferred dowry simply because it is named as such, or is the essence and true nature of the thing considered, just as if a permissible drink were named after one of the names of wine?

If the husband dies before its delivery or before its due date, it is taken from his inheritance before its distribution.
