Is the Fajr prayer in our city valid, even though its time is in darkness, and it does not fit the description of "ghalas" (pre-dawn darkness) or "isfar" (daylight approaching)?

The entry of the prayer time is a condition for its validity, as Allah says: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a time-bound ordinance." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified the times of prayer, and the time for Fajr begins at dawn. Whoever is not certain of the entry of the time should wait until it is confirmed, and if that is difficult, they can rely on a trustworthy time-telling device. Darkness does not contradict the advent of dawn, as women used to pray Fajr with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and return while darkness was still present. Delaying the prayer until al-Isfar (widespread light) means either ensuring that dawn has truly broken or prolonging the recitation in prayer, not delaying its establishment. The validity of the prayer hinges on the confirmation of the time's entry, and in these times, one can rely on accurate calendars to determine prayer times.
