Is it permissible to call someone by the name "Basit," "Kareem," or "Hafeez" without adding "Abd" and without using the definite article "Al-"?

It is permissible to name individuals with names shared between creation and God, such as "Ali" and "Hakim." This is evidenced by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, approving some of the Companions' names. This also includes naming a person with names like "Karim" (Generous) or "Basit" (Expander), and there is no harm in that. However, the best names are those that include servitude to Allah Almighty.
