What is the ruling on the prayer of one who finds blood and impurity on his clothes due to hemorrhoids, in a job that takes the entire day and in which it is difficult to change clothes? And what is the ruling on delaying the prayer to obtain water or if the water is impure? Is it permissible to use a wall for Istijmar after urinating while standing? And is it permissible for someone in such a condition to lead the worshippers in the mosque?

Impurity must be removed from blood for prayer. If its removal is difficult or impossible, then it is permissible to pray in that state. If water is unavailable or difficult to obtain, it is permissible to perform tayammum for prayer. However, if water is available and affordable, tayammum is not permissible. It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its prescribed time, even if one is without water. There is no harm in urinating while standing, though sitting is preferable, and impurity must be removed during istinja' by any means. It is permissible for you to pray with your brothers in your current state if you fear Allah as much as you are able, but it is preferable that someone else leads the prayer.
