What is the ruling on working to install central air conditioning systems in hotels and tourist villages where sins are committed, given that the work takes place during the construction phase?

If places are mostly used for disobeying Allah, then it is not permissible to participate in their construction, repair, or installation of anything in them; due to the assistance this provides in disobedience. This includes every sale, lease, or exchange that aids in disobeying Allah, such as selling weapons during times of tribulation, or leasing a place to someone who will establish a market of disobedience therein, or selling candles to someone who will disobey Allah with them. Likewise, repairing air conditioning for someone who disobeys Allah, preparing food for wailing women, and every preparation of a place where Allah Almighty is disobeyed.
