What is the wisdom behind the creation of jinn from fire and our creation from clay?

We have not come across anyone who explicitly stated anything regarding the issue of preferring humans over jinn. However, Allah has indeed favored human beings over many of His creatures. Allah is not to be questioned about what He does, and He knows best what He intends.
