Is the one who transmits topics about people of innovation, without tangible evidence and out of mere enthusiasm for transmitting them, sinful? And is the forum moderator sinful for keeping them, or must he delete them?

The Muslim is commanded to be just with everyone, even disbelievers and innovators, for Allah the Almighty says: "O you who have believed, be persistently Qawwameen (firm and standing for Allah), witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just." And it is obligatory to verify news, regardless of its source, for Allah the Almighty says: "O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and then become regretful over what you have done." Therefore, it is not permissible to spread that which lacks proof and evidence, especially with those who oppose the Sunnah, because it leads to rejecting the truth and doubting it. Thus, it is not permissible for the administrator of a forum to keep posts that lack scholarly evidence, and they must replace them with what is supported by proof and evidence.
