Is the work of the believer accepted if he works with his limbs but his heart is not at ease, and is this a whisper [from Satan] or a shortcoming?

She should remember that Allah is Most Generous and Most Merciful and will not deprive her of the reward for her deeds, "And whatever good they do, they will not be denied it."
