What are the dues of a divorced wife who is demanding from her husband part of the dowry she spent on furnishing the house and other expenses, after the husband refused to compensate her, citing lack of sufficient funds?

The rights due to a woman after an irrevocable divorce are: mut'ah (consolatory gift), deferred mahr (dowry) if any, and personal debts. As for what she paid in money to her husband or furniture for the marital home, there are different scenarios: if it was a loan, it must be repaid; if it was a voluntary donation given willingly, then its repayment is not obligatory, and demanding it is forbidden; and if it was given unwillingly out of fear of him, then it should be repaid. Some scholars even held that its repayment is obligatory, because she gave it to him fearing his cunning and evil.
