What is the ruling on giving precedence to "Hayya 'ala al-Falah (Hasten to success)" over "Hayya 'ala al-Salah (Hasten to prayer)" in the Adhan, along with the evidence?

"Hayya 'ala al-Falah" (Hasten to success) must be repeated after "Hayya 'ala as-Salah" (Hasten to prayer) if the latter was said first, because the order is a condition in the Adhan, as narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Deviating from this is considered an act that is not in accordance with the command of Allah and His Messenger. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever performs an action which is not in accordance with our matter, it will be rejected."
