What is the ruling on praying Fajr at home due to the mosque's distance and the wife's fear when left alone?

Congregational prayer in the mosque is obligatory. The husband should encourage his wife to have certainty and trust in Allah, and not to fear anyone but Him. If the country is unsafe and the wife fears for herself or her home from thieves or mischief-makers, then the husband must pray with her at home to avert harm, provided that the fear is based on a probable and anticipated reason. As for mere delusions and obsessions, they do not justify missing congregational prayer in the mosque.
