Is the Hadith: "Whoever assists in the killing of a Muslim, even with half a word, will come on the Day of Resurrection with 'Despaired of the Mercy of Allah' written on his forehead" authentic?

The Hadith: "Whoever helps in the killing of a believer, even with half a word, will meet Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, with 'despairing of Allah's mercy' written between his eyes," has been deemed weak by a group of scholars, including Ibn al-Mulaqqin and Ibn Hajar. Ibn al-Jawzi mentioned it in his book Al-Mawdu'at (Fabricated Hadith), and Al-Albani said about it: "Very weak."
