Is it necessary to add another name to "Fatima" when naming a baby girl, or is it sufficient to name her "Fatima" only?

It is permissible to name a girl Fatima without adding a title. When mentioning Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), one says "Fatimah, may Allah be pleased with her," because she is among the Companions whom Allah is pleased with.
