What are the practical solutions for getting rid of obsessive doubts regarding naming (of God), repeated ablution due to forgetfulness, obsessive doubts regarding the intention for prayer and its opening takbir, and obsessive doubts about interrupting prayer due to any mistake or sound? And does forgetting a fard (obligatory act) and remembering it during the prayer invalidate it?

A Muslim must not succumb to the devil’s whispers in acts of worship, as these aim to divert him from obedience. One should persevere and be patient in remembrance (dhikr) and prayer (salat), and combat whispers by considering them a satanic ploy that necessitates turning away from them. If a worshiper remembers a missed prayer while performing a current prayer, he should complete his current prayer and then perform the missed one. He is not required to repeat the current prayer, according to the majority of scholars.
