What are the errors and reprehensible acts from which Muslims are warned against during the two Eids, such as visiting graves after the Eid prayer and reviving the night of Eid with worship?

A Muslim should be aware of certain matters related to Eid, including:

1. Not believing in the permissibility of reviving the night of Eid with worship, as there is no legal proof for it, and the Hadith narrated concerning it is very weak.

2. Avoiding visiting graves on both Eid days, as this goes against the purpose of Eid, which is joy and happiness, and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade taking graves as a festival (Eid).

3. Being diligent in performing prayers on time and not missing congregational prayers.

4. Avoiding the mixing of women with men in prayer areas, streets, and other places, and keeping away from their crowding with men.

5. Preventing women from going out perfumed, adorned, or uncovered, for a woman perfuming herself and going out so that people smell her fragrance is a major sin. Likewise, some women going out dressed but unclothed is a grave sin.

6. Staying away from listening to prohibited singing and music, as these are widespread abominations warned against by the Sharia.
