It is permissible to exchange wheat flour for its own kind if it is like for like, because it is a ribawi item, and it is not permissible to exchange it for wheat grains. As for exchanging it for corn flour, it is permissible whether equal or unequal, if it is hand-to-hand, but it is not permissible on credit, because both are ribawi commodities.
