The answer

The cure for obsessive thoughts (waswas) is to ignore them and not pay attention to them. If your feeling of urine drops exiting is merely an obsessive thought, then disregard it and continue your prayer. However, if you are certain that they exit with every prayer, then your ruling is that of a person with urinary incontinence ( سلس ). You should perform ablution (wudu') after the time for prayer begins, take precautions (tataḥaffazīn), and pray your obligatory (fard) prayer and any supererogatory (nawāfil) prayers you wish with that same ablution until the time for prayer exits. Strive to achieve reverence (khushu') and presence of heart in prayer. If obsessive thoughts occur during prayer, cast them away and continue your prayer. If you doubt the number of rak'ahs, build upon the greater number and do not mind the obsessive thought.
