If the dripping of urine does not take up most of the time, such that it stops for a duration sufficient for purification (ablution) and prayer, then it is not considered incontinence. Rather, it nullifies ablution and invalidates prayer if its emission is confirmed. However, ablution or prayer are not nullified merely by doubt about its emission, and the default is that nothing has exited unless there is certainty. To overcome obsessive doubts, one should thoroughly cleanse the area and sprinkle water on the private parts and clothes.
