The answer

The trade money saved for household expenses remains the property of its owner, and is obligatory on it if it reaches the (minimum threshold) and a hawl (full lunar year) passes, by adding the profit to the original capital. If one of the heirs is a minor, their money must be managed in a way that best serves their interests. This responsibility falls to the legally appointed guardian (wali) or executor (wasi), or to the court if no appointment has been made.
