Is it permissible to maintain the same ablution for performing more than one prayer, after the secretions that necessitated ablution for each obligatory prayer have decreased, knowing the fatigue due to pregnancy?

You are required to perform ablution (Wudu') for each obligatory prayer as long as the discharge continues, because it invalidates ablution. However, you may perform as many supererogatory prayers as you wish with that same ablution.
