What is the ruling on receiving assistance from the Comprehensive Rehabilitation program after it was discontinued and a condition of relying on others was imposed, knowing that I rely on others if I stop taking medication?

The reference for determining eligibility for assistance is the system of the granting authority. Adhering to its conditions is obligatory, and defrauding it is not permissible, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that prohibits what is lawful or permits what is unlawful."
