What is the ruling on a man saying: "By Allah, this is the blessed hour in which we saw you"?

Blessing (Barakah) signifies increase and growth. Allah Almighty chooses and blesses whatever He wills among entities, individuals, places, times, and lands. The blessing of individuals is of two types: an inherent blessing specific to Prophets, sought by touching their relics, and a steadfast blessing of action for every Muslim, stemming from their faith, righteous deeds, and knowledge. The Prophet (peace be upon him) clarified that the blessing of a Muslim is continuous. Therefore, the presence of good and righteous people with an individual brings about blessing through their beneficial knowledge and supplications. Shaking hands among believers contains blessing by expiating sins and increasing good deeds. Thus, there is no harm in saying "this blessed hour" when a believer visits his brother, or "this occurred by the blessing of so-and-so" if good happens through his hands, while interpreting people's words in a sound manner unless there is a clear contradiction to Islamic law. However, seeking inherent blessing from anyone other than the Prophets by touching them is impermissible.
