Does shaving the beard and clipping the nails invalidate Wudu (ablution)?

Shaving the beard and clipping the nails do not invalidate ablution. So, if someone performs ablution and then shaves his beard, he has committed a forbidden act, but his ablution is not nullified. Some jurists have stated that if someone performs ablution and then shaves his beard, he should wash the area where the beard was. Similarly, if someone performs ablution and then clips his nails, his ablution is not invalidated.
