Grooming and Fitrah

• What is the ruling on someone who was performing ablution (wudu') and touched his hair with an impurity, so he washed it, and then kept his hand under the tap to maintain its wetness? And does this invalidate the order and sequence (tartib and muwalat)?
• Is he required to observe the prohibitions of ihram during the month he spent in Mecca without wearing the clothes of ihram, and what is the expiation for passing the miqat without ihram? Is he required to offer a dam (sacrificial animal), or fast, or feed six poor people?
• What is the ruling regarding my prayer and purity after discovering remnants of clear nail polish on my nails, and am I obligated to repeat past prayers? And is this considered a minor, excusable matter?
• What is the ruling on my ablution and prayer if I performed ablution and prayed, then found something under my nails and doubted whether it was there before or after ablution, with uncertainty about it being a part of the skin, and does Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen's saying, "One should not pay attention to doubt, whether strong or weak, unless certainty is attained," apply to my situation?

• Is it permissible to describe a woman who covers her hair but wears short, transparent, or tight clothing, and puts on makeup and adorns her nails, as a "muhajaba" (veiled woman)?
• Is it permissible for a woman to lengthen and clean her nails to enhance her femininity?
• What is the ruling on using nail polish instead of "manicure" (nail polish that forms a layer)? And does it invalidate ablution?
