Is it permissible to sleep naked under a cover while in a foreign land, with the possibility of the cover being removed and others entering?

It is obligatory upon the Muslim to cover his awrah (private parts) from all creation except his wife, due to the , "Protect your awrah except from your wife or what your right hand possesses." And the thigh is awrah, as it is in al-Muwatta', "Cover your thigh, for the thigh is awrah." Therefore, whoever sleeps with another person must cover his awrah with something that will not fall off, such as a blanket.
