Suicide is not permissible, even under torture or fear of rape. Similarly, it is not permissible to falsely accuse a Muslim, leading to their unjust killing or torture. Scholars have unanimously agreed that it is not permissible for someone coerced into killing another to proceed with that act. Rather, they must endure the tribulation, and it is not lawful for them to save themselves at the expense of another.
