What you are doing is incorrect and stems from intrusive thoughts (waswasah). If you become in a state of (major ritual impurity) due to a wet dream or similar, you are required to perform (ritual bath). As soon as you perform ghusl, the state of janabah is removed. As for the house and other things, janabah does not make them impure. You should interact with them normally and not open the door to intrusive thoughts for yourself.
