The answer

It is permissible to buy and sell currencies with -compliant controls, including the exchange in the meeting ( مجلس ) or what takes its place, such as the transfer of currency from account to account. The currency of each country is considered a type ( صنفاً ), and preferential treatment ( المفاضلة ) within it is not permissible. If different currencies are sold, it is required that the exchange takes place in the meeting ( المجلس ), and an increase is prohibited within the same type, but permissible between two different types, provided that the exchange takes place in the meeting ( التقابض ).
