Is the one who asks considered a severer of kinship ties, and does the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, "A severer of kinship ties will not enter Paradise," apply to him? And are his siblings sinful for not maintaining ties with him due to their mother's refusal?

Among the greatest joys for Satan is to sow enmity and hatred among Muslims, especially relatives. Only those weak in faith follow him. A Muslim should disregard the past and open a new page with his brethren to please Allah and anger Satan, recalling the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "No disseverer of kinship ties will enter Paradise." If you fulfill what the Sacred Law commands regarding maintaining kinship ties, and then they cut you off, the sin is upon them. Your brothers should maintain kinship ties, even without their mother's knowledge if they fear her anger, for parents have no right to order their children to sever ties or commit disobedience.
