Is it permissible to perform a hymen repair surgery if its rupture occurred through a legitimate contract and not illicitly, but without an announced marriage?

If the marriage contract has been concluded, the woman becomes a wife, and everything permissible for other spouses becomes permissible for her husband from her. It is recommended to delay intercourse until the wedding night. As for the engagement (khitbah), it precedes the contract, and intercourse, seclusion, or intimacy are not permissible during it. Based on this, intercourse after the contract is permissible, whereas during the engagement it is considered fornication (zina). Repairing the hymen is not permissible in either case because it constitutes deception, fraud, and cheating of the husband. It also necessitates exposing the major awrah (private parts) without necessity and aiding in a forbidden act if the virginity was lost through fornication.
