How is the inheritance divided if a man dies leaving behind: a paternal grandfather, one half-brother (from the father's side), one daughter, and one full sister?

The daughter inherits half of the estate by legal فرض (fardh - prescribed share). The issue of the grandfather with the siblings is a matter of scholarly disagreement, but the ruling that is adopted is that the grandfather does not exclude full or paternal siblings; rather, he shares with them. If there is also an heir with a prescribed share (صاحب فرض) present with them, the grandfather takes the most advantageous of three situations: sharing (مقاسمة), one-third of the remainder, or one-sixth of the entire estate. In this particular case, sharing (مقاسمة) is the most advantageous for the grandfather. After the daughter takes her half, the remainder is divided among the grandfather, the full sister, and the brother, with the male receiving the share of two females. The grandfather will have two shares, and the full sister will have three shares. The paternal brother (أخ لأب) inherits nothing in this situation. This is what is known as the "Ma'adah" issues.
