Is it permissible, in Sharia, to marry a girl an administrative marriage to help her obtain residency documents and to protect her, given reservations about her personality and fear of the family's reaction?

It is impermissible to proceed with a sham marriage to obtain residency documents. It is obligatory to obey one's mother in refraining from marrying this girl if she is not religiously committed, and obedience to her takes precedence over marrying a specific woman, especially if the mother commands marriage to a woman of religious commitment.

The girl must fear Allah and learn the matters of her religion. The young man is advised to counsel her if possible without succumbing to temptation; otherwise, he bears no responsibility towards her.

Socializing between young men and women is not permissible, even if it is for the purpose of marriage, due to the temptations and corruptions it causes.
