Is it permissible to delay fulfilling a vow that consists of distributing money to poor Muslims due to emergency circumstances, until these circumstances become easier?

If the wife specified a time for fulfilling the vow, such as intending to do so at the time of healing, then she must fulfill it immediately after healing. If she is unable to do so, she must offer an expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yamin). However, if she did not specify a time, then she must fulfill it whenever she is able. If the inability persists and she believes it will not cease, then she must offer an expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yamin).
