What is the ruling on giving money to someone so that they can extract a grant land, on condition that the money be returned after the issuance of the land deed, and if that is impermissible, then what must be done?

If the intention is to give money to someone else as a loan, so that they may fulfill their need with it and return it without any increase, then this is a goodly loan (al-Qard al-Hasan), which is encouraged by Islamic law. It is an act of charity, for it involves relieving a Muslim's distress and assisting a brother. Allah aids His servant as long as the servant aids his brother. However, if the intention is otherwise, it must be clarified in order to rule upon it.
